Possession was in March, and honestly, Sector 49 is kinda meh. Everyone praises its connectivity, but nobody talks about how average the schools and hospitals really are. I mean, good schools ke liye you still have to travel quite a bit. Medical facilities for emergencies? You're looking at far-off options. The local ones just aren't up to mark for serious stuff. It's a peaceful area, no doubt, but for families with kids, this is a huge miss. Things nobody told me before buying. Disagree? Tell me why.

Thoda disagree karunga. Sector 49 ka peace factor aur green spaces are a big plus for families. Maybe it depends on which society you chose?
Yaar, totally agree with the original post. Hum bhi Sector 49 mein dekh rahe the, connectivity sunke bahut impress hue. But jab schools aur hospitals ki research ki, toh laga ki kids ke liye itna ideal nahi hai. My wife was particularly worried about the lack of good CBSE schools nearby. Ab confusion badh gaya hai.
