Is Sector 51 a good choice for senior living?

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my house and looking for something manageable. Sector 51 seems convenient, close to metro and hospitals. S & U Buildtech Pvt Ltd has some projects there. Anyone living in Sector 51, is it truly peaceful? Noise levels okay? Maintenance costs reasonable? Resale of existing property is a headache, honestly not sure if it's better to rent for a while first. Has anyone else downsized like this?
