My budget was set for a 3BHK but the final numbers are just crazy. I just closed on a 3BHK with Gee Aar Realmart in Sector 65 a couple months ago, but abhi bhi total cost samajh nahi aa raha. ROI kaise calculate karein jab itne charges add ho jaate hain? Stamp duty and registration kitna high laga aapko? Is it really 7-8% on the *total* value? Aur yeh PLC/floor rise worth it hai kya for rental income or resale? Lagta hai I overpaid for a higher floor, not sure.

Bhai, totally feel you! Jab maine bhi apni 2BHK book ki thi, initial figures kuch aur the, aur final cost mein itne hidden charges add ho gaye ki dimag ghoom gaya. Especially woh electricity infrastructure charges, club membership, aur maintenance advance, sab milake ek bomb ban jaata hai. ROI toh door ki baat hai, pehle toh total cost digest karna mushkil ho jaata hai.
