Sohna Sector 70 prices feel a bit high right now for what's on offer. I'm a first-time buyer, looking at a 2BHK there, budget around ₹1.2 Cr. Saw some places by Godrej. My parents keep saying to hold off, but prices keep climbing. Are these rates justified for Sector 70, considering the capital appreciation everyone talks about for Sohna Road? Or is there negotiation room, especially for a ready-to-move flat? Also, what's daily life actually like? I'm worried about water supply and traffic during peak hours. Is the investment potential for 3-5 years real, or just hype for the area? What does the community honestly think?
