Is Sector 70A okay for a first home, especially monsoon mein? I'm checking Signature Global and M3M projects. Flats look good, but last barish mein, I heard bad waterlogging near Sohna Road/SPR. Does Sector 70A also get affected? Power cuts ka scene kya hai? Builders promise full backup, but ground reality kya hai? Parents keep saying Gurgaon mein pani bhar jaata hai, tension ho rahi hai. Any residents, please share.

Agreed, power and waterlogging are critical. But what about possession? Signature Global ke kuch projects toh bahut delay ho gaye hain. Is M3M any better with timelines in 70A? Current market mein delays kaafi common ho gaye hain, especially for first-time buyers.

Bhai, monsoon mein Gurgaon ka haal dekh ke toh neend ud jaati hai. Last year, main Sohna Road pe tha, just a few kms from 70A, aur gaadi adhe tyre tak doob gayi thi. Power cuts bhi bahut the, 8-10 ghante tak light nahi thi. Builders ke backup promises pe mat jaana, they often mean common areas only, not full flat load. Check your specific society's DG capacity aur residents se puchho. Yeh first home hai, koi risk nahi chahiye.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera cousin Airport Road side rehta hai, wahan bhi same problem thi. Builders ki suno toh sab smooth hai.
