Is Sector 84's water and power reliable for seniors?

Resale of our old house is almost done. Considering Sector 84, Noida, for a smaller flat. How reliable is water supply and power? Don't want daily struggles. Any real resident experiences?

Sector 84? Seniors ke liye thoda risky lag raha hai. My cousin lives there, they face a lot of power cuts, especially in summer. Water supply is usually okay but pressure issues sometimes. Are you looking at a specific society or general area?

Sahi baat hai U1! Power cuts ka bahut issue hai. Inverter pe zindagi chal rahi hai. Builders bas promise karte hain, ground reality alag hai.
