₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 89A, seems a bit high, no? I've been tracking prices there, and the jump is significant. Dwarka Expressway ka completion hype hai, but is it enough to justify current rates? What's the real investment potential for the next 3-5 years? From my experience, sometimes these growth spurts aren't sustainable. Builders like Godrej Properties are wahan, but I'm thinking more about the ROI. Sahi keh rahe ho. Even in nearby areas like Baharampur Naya, prices have shot up without much real development on the ground.
