Is Sector 99A's infrastructure ready for its price tag?

Honestly, I thought upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 65 would be simpler, but Sector 99A is making me rethink things. I'm eyeing a 3BHK there, already have a home loan, and the prices feel steep. With Dwarka Expressway nearing completion, is the infrastructure really catching up? I'm worried about waterlogging during monsoon, and how reliable is the power situation? Also, what's the real deal with metro connectivity? Is it easy to get to the nearest station, or is last-mile a nightmare? Is the price jump justified for the current infrastructure?
