Is the resale market in Chandigarh actually healthy for properties like a 3BHK in New Chandigarh? Sab log long-term investment ki baat karte hain, but what if I need to sell in 5-7 saal? Builder toh returns achhe batate hain, but kya wahi buyers milenge for a ₹1.5 Cr+ flat? I feel like people only discuss buying, not the real challenges of selling later. Change my mind.

Totally relate yaar! Builders only show rosy pictures and talk about future development. I'm looking at Mullanpur Garibdass and they promise 2x returns in 5 years, but who buys a 2 Cr flat there so easily? Lagta hai phas jayenge agar jaldi bechna pada toh.
Exactly! Mullanpur mein toh connectivity bhi abhi utni achhi nahi hai for such a high value property.
