Did a site visit to Signature Global City Phase 1 last week. I'm in real estate, but buying for me is different. Is it genuinely livable daily? What was possession like? Are neighbourhood schools/hospitals good?

It's a tough call, guys. On one hand, Signature Global does have a presence, and these projects eventually get completed. But the possession delay is a genuine concern, especially for first-time buyers who often pay EMIs and rent simultaneously. I'd say do thorough due diligence on the builder's past projects, talk to existing residents if possible. And clarify the exact status of those 194 units. Don't rush into it just because of the brand name.
Yeah, that's the dilemma. Every project has some pros and cons. I'm looking at something near Basai also, but the prices there are also getting crazy. It feels like we're always between a rock and a hard place.
So, what did you decide finally? Did you go ahead with it or find something else?
I'm still stuck on the price range – ₹92 L to ₹1.7 Cr. For a first-time buyer, this is a significant amount. Given the current market conditions in Gurugram, especially with so many new projects coming up, is this really competitive? Are there other projects offering better value or more certainty within this budget? I'm worried about overpaying and then getting stuck.
Okay, but let's talk about the positives too. The location seems decent, right? How's the connectivity to Airport Road (Gurgaon side)? I heard there are some upcoming infrastructure projects that might boost accessibility. Is that true or just sales talk?
Airport Road connectivity is okay, but during peak hours, it's still a nightmare. Don't fall for the 'upcoming projects' line too easily, they take years to materialize. For daily commute, you'd be spending a lot of time in traffic. Better to check out options closer to your workplace if that's a priority.
Exactly, that possession date is a major red flag for me. I was looking at something similar near Badshahpur a while back, and the builder just kept pushing dates. Signature Global City Phase 1 is still showing as ONGOING, which is concerning. For ₹92 L – ₹1.7 Cr, I expect some clarity. Is it really worth risking your hard-earned money on uncertain timelines?
Haan, aur RERA number GGM/656/388/2022/131DATED23.12.2022 toh hai, but RERA registration doesn't guarantee timely delivery, just some recourse. My concern is the 'ongoing' status when possession was supposed to be April 2024. It sounds like classic builder tactics. How many units are still pending handover out of the 194 total?
Completely agree with this point. Delays are the biggest headache for first-time buyers like us. Plus, what about the hidden costs? Maintainence charges, registry, all that extra stuff? Does anyone have a clear picture of the total outgo?
Hey everyone, just got back from a site visit to Signature Global City Phase 1. As a real estate professional, I analyze properties for others all the time, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame! I'm really trying to understand if it's genuinely livable for daily life. What was the possession experience like for those who got it? And are the neighbourhood schools and hospitals actually good, or just on paper?
Livability toh baad mein, pehle possession ka batao! The official date was 2024-04-01. Kisi ko mila kya time pe? Ya phir builder ne date extend kar di?
Bhai, honestly, Signature Global ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Possession mein bahut delays ki reports aati rehti hain. Mere friend ne ek aur project mein book kiya tha, abhi tak phasa hua hai. Aapne site visit kiya, kya laga aapko? Ongoing status hai na?
