Has anyone else noticed early construction issues in SKA Greenarch after moving in? Just got possession a couple months back and I'm already seeing minor cracks and some fitting problems. For investors, I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs and resale value. How's the security system actually working for tenant attraction? Also, is the parking situation impacting rental appeal or future resale? Curious if these small things actually affect ROI here.
