Adani Tatva Estates ka actual price per sqft kya padta hai, compared to Sobha International City? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 67, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Sohna. Sobha International City toh ready hai, but Adani Tatva ongoing hai. Builder trust factor aur investment potential kaisa hai for both? Sobha ka higher price long-term appreciation ke liye worth it hai ya Adani Tatva mein risk lein? Already home loan hai, so ROI important hai, any insights on appreciation for these Sohna projects would be super helpful.

ROI ke liye Sobha ka brand name definitely help karta hai. But Adani ka potential bhi hai because of the future development plans for Sohna
