The construction quality in Sohna projects is seriously concerning, even for premium ones. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, maybe at JMS The Nation. But jab site visit karta hoon, I see so many issues even before possession – finishings rough hain, walls uneven lagti hain. Is the price jump really justified for this kind of quality? I'm already stretching my budget with another home loan, and I don't want to end up with cracks or seepage after just a year. What are your experiences with construction quality after a year or two in these Sohna projects? Did you face fitting issues or anything major? Does the premium actually mean better quality, ya bas naam ka hai?
