Is Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency's layout practical for families?

₹1.23 Cr for Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency feels steep. Everyone glorifies fancy amenities, but nobody talks about actual carpet area. Varasinduri Rings Avenue is way more affordable. My wife's priority is usable space for kids, not a pool we'll barely use. Kya fayda if the 3BHK feels like a 2BHK? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency ka price sunke hi dimaag ghoom gaya. ₹1.23 Cr for an 'upcoming' project in that area? Bhai, hum first-time buyers hain, not some tech millionaires. My biggest fear is booking a 3BHK that feels like a glorified 2BHK once we move in. Amenities dikhaate hain, but basic living space ka kya? Akshayanagar mein bhi similar issues dekh raha hoon, builders cutting corners on carpet area to make profit.
