Yaar, I've been eyeing Srinivasa Nagar for a while. Metro Phase 3 is a game changer for sure. But is it still affordable for a 3BHK? I saw some listings asking for 80L+ already. Kya lagta hai, will prices go even higher? Bahut confused hoon.

Affordable? Bhai, prices have already shot up! Metro news ne sab kuch double kar diya hai. I think it's too late for 'affordable' now, especially for first-time buyers
