I'm worried about future issues like cracks or seepage which affect tenant attraction and resale value. Builders often show fancy brochures, but site pe kya dekhna chahiye to gauge actual construction quality? Also, amenities like a grand clubhouse – is it really a value driver for investors, ya just a premium add-on that barely gets used? Kya future tenants will pay extra for it, or is it just a show-piece? Koi experienced log batao, what red flags to look for during site visits for under-construction flats? What about the actual build quality visible early on?
