Okay I'll be honest — Supertech ke baare mein bahut kuch suna hai. Possession delays and all. But their projects are often in good locations, right? Has anyone had a decent experience with them recently? Or is it better to just avoid them altogether? My parents keep saying check on-time delivery records. I'm also looking at ATS. Heard their construction quality is better, but are they worth the premium? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Good decision! Always prioritize peace of mind over a slightly better location. Good luck with your search!
Honestly, I'd rather pay extra for peace of mind. Supertech is just too much stress.
Check the amenities completion rate before booking. I made that mistake with another builder. They promised everything but delivered nothing.
Noida is a risky market in general. So many projects are stuck. Be very careful where you invest your money.
Consider resale properties too. You might find a good deal and avoid the risk of delays altogether.
Thanks, everyone, for the honest opinions! This has been really helpful. I think I'll lean towards ATS or explore some resale options. The Supertech risk seems too high.
Before you finalize anything, visit the site multiple times at different times of the day. Talk to existing residents if possible. Get a feel for the place.
Supertech ka Grand Noida mein bhi problem hai. My uncle invested there and is still fighting for possession.
What about Gaurs? Are they any better than ATS? I'm also looking at options in Noida Extension.
Gaurs is generally considered reliable. Their projects are usually delivered on time. But do your due diligence regardless.
Bhai, aaj kal toh sabhi builders are delaying projects. It's the new normal. Just factor it into your calculations.
My experience with Supertech was okay-ish. Took 2 years extra for possession, but the apartment itself is decent. Location is prime, right on the Noida Expressway. But I wouldn't recommend them unless you're getting a really good deal.
Which project was this? And when did you get possession?
Check RERA registration number and the promoter's details on the RERA website. It's a must before investing in any project, especially Supertech.
Don't just look at on-time delivery records, also check the builder's financial health. Supertech has been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
ATS is worth the premium, in my opinion. Better construction quality and less risk of delays. I bought in ATS Greens Village 3 years ago and the experience was smooth.
I've heard mixed reviews about both. Supertech's location in Sector 93A is unbeatable, but the risk is high. ATS is generally reliable, but their projects can be far from the metro.
Avoid Supertech like the plague! Mere dost ka phase 2 mein abhi tak possession nahi mila. It's been 5 years!
Exactly! Supertech is notorious. Better to pay extra and go with a more reputable builder. Peace of mind is priceless, yaar.
5 years?! That's insane. Which project was it, out of curiosity?
ATS is good, no doubt. But check their payment plans carefully. They can be quite aggressive with demands even if construction is delayed.
Haan, true. ATS is good quality but they are also very strict with payment schedules. No flexibility at all.
Honestly, with the current market conditions, everything is expensive. Sector 75 mein bhi rates sky high hain. Supertech ka location advantage zaroor hai, but is it worth the risk? That's the question.

Bhai, Supertech is risky. Location is good, I agree, but delayed projects are a HUGE headache. ATS is definitely better, but premium toh hai. Depends on your budget, I guess.
