Is Supertech really worth the risk in Noida?

Supertech ka naam sunte hi dar lagta hai, ngl. I've seen so many projects delayed. Legal issues toh alag se hain. But their location in some sectors is prime, can't deny that. On the other hand, Mahagun seems safer. Possession mein late honge but quality is decent. Mahagun is also becoming expensive tho. Is the risk with Supertech worth it for potentially higher ROI? Change my mind.
