₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sushant Lok I – honestly, not sure if it's justified anymore. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading, but this price jump feels huge. Everyone glorifies Sushant Lok I's established vibe, but nobody talks about the insane traffic, especially near Huda City Centre. Okay, I'll say what no one says: is the investment potential really there for a 3-5 year horizon, ya will it get stuck? Dwarka Expressway projects seem to offer more growth, and better infrastructure long term. Change my mind.

ROI for SL1 is definitely a concern. My uncle invested there years ago and got good returns, but that was a different market. Ab toh lagta hai Dwarka Exp side hi better growth dega.
