Is SVS Wellington 2 a good investment now?

Since last month I'm seriously considering SVS Homes Wellington 2 for investment. It's completed, which is good. But has its price moved much since launch? What about the builder's delivery record? I'm worried about future appreciation and exit strategy. Is it more end-user or investor heavy there?
