Is Swaraj Homes Media Enclave truly livable?

Been checking out Swaraj Homes Media Enclave for a 3BHK, and honestly, I'm not sold on the daily livability. Currently in a 2BHK, I want a real upgrade, not just a bigger space. Everyone talks about the amenities, but are they actually useful, or just showpieces? I'm worried about the real community vibe there, too. It's a significant price jump; is it genuinely a good home? Or just good on paper? Change my mind.

Yaar, I felt the same when I checked it out. They show you grand plans, but the actual construction quality and space utilization felt… off. ₹30-89 L for something that doesn't feel like a *real* upgrade? Mujhe toh overpriced laga. What about the RERA status? Is it even registered properly?

Totally agree. Budget mein toh yeh bahut high end ja raha hai if the quality isn't there. RERA status toh must hai dekhna, warna builder kab tak ghoomayega,
