₹1.6 crore for a 3BHK in Sarjapur Road, JRC Projects ka project, seems like a lot. Currently, I'm in a 2BHK in Whitefield, thought of upgrading to a bigger space or even a villa. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr to ₹2.5 Cr, but is the price jump for a 3BHK or villa really worth it in Bangalore right now? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a factor. Dekh raha hoon Prestige ke projects bhi, but unka premium kuch zyada hi lag raha hai. Not sure if areas like Kanakapura Road, with the Peripheral Ring Road coming up, will give better ROI long term. Yaar, resale market for my 2BHK is decent, but buying a new one feels risky. What's the scene with future appreciation, especially with Namma Metro Phase 2/3? Opinions needed.

Bhai, ₹1.6 Cr for JRC Sarjapur Road is definitely on the higher side. Prices have shot up crazy. Is it really worth stretching your budget that much for a 3BHK right now? I doubt it.
Exactly! JRC ka delivery track record utna solid nahi hai. Mere friend ka possession 1.5 saal delay ho gaya. EMI ka burden alag, rent alag. Dekh lo, bro.
