Is the 3BHK premium justified in Chandigarh?
Sector 24C — currently in a 2BHK here. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Mohali or New Chandigarh. Already have a home loan. Is the price jump really worth it? For a 3BHK around ₹1.2 Cr, does appreciation actually outpace a 2BHK? Also, how much will PR-7 Airport Road or Mohali IT City impact future value? Looking at ATS, DLF projects.

Bhai, 1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Mohali/New Chandigarh sounds like a huge jump from your 2BHK in Sec 24C. Are you sure the appreciation will justify this premium? I'm also a first-time buyer and this budget makes me nervous.
Totally agree. 1.2 Cr is a huge amount. Market feels overheated. Will prices stabilize?
