Is the 3BHK premium really justified?

Visited Prestige projects in Whitefield. Everyone says 2BHKs are king for ROI, but I think 3BHKs are the smarter long-term bet. Is that premium for a 3BHK actually worth it? Change my mind.

Totally agree! 2BHKs might be good for quick rental yield, but for actual family living and long-term appreciation, 3BHKs are the way to go. That extra room is priceless later. Prestige mein toh quality bhi achhi hoti hai.

Bhai, priceless toh hai, but uske liye price kitna extra de rahe ho? Whitefield mein Prestige ka 3BHK ka premium is insane. Mere budget se toh bahar hai. ROI ka kya fayda jab afford hi na kar pao?
