Is the 3BHK upgrade in Gurgaon really worth it?

Is the jump from a 2BHK to a 3BHK in Gurgaon really worth the extra crore these days? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 31, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa near Dwarka Expressway. Price difference for M3M or Godrej projects is massive. Already have a home loan. Is the premium justified for space or future appreciation? Confused hoon.

Yaar, I'm exactly in this boat! My 2BHK in Sector 31 is getting cramped with two kids, and we're eyeing a 3BHK. Dwarka Expressway pe M3M or Godrej ke projects dekh raha hoon, but the price difference, bhai, it's a whole new home loan on top of the existing one! Is this 'premium' for space and appreciation really justified? So confused, lagta hai overpaying karunga.

Sahi kaha. I checked a 3BHK near Airport Road, ek reputed builder ka, and it was almost 1.8 Cr for a decent size. For that kind of money, I expect more than

Totally agree! The price jump from 2BHK to 3BHK is just insane right now. Meri bhi budget hil jaati hai dekh ke.
