₹78L for a 2BHK at Raheja Universal in Saini Majra seemed good on paper, but the actual budget needed is way higher. Everyone talks about the EMI, but nobody mentions the insane hidden costs. Stamp duty, registration, interiors, PLC, OC... I'm honestly looking at another 15-20% on top. Should I even be considering under-construction when these add-ons are so vague? It feels like builders intentionally hide this until you're deep into the process. This isn't just about the property price, it's about the *real* final cost. Change my mind.

Yaar, 15-20% is a lot! Can you break down what exactly 'PLC' and 'OC' are? I've seen
Totally agree with you! I thought I was the only one feeling this way. Builders show one price, but then it's like a never-ending list of charges. My friend faced the same with a project near New Chandigarh, ended up paying almost 18% extra. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
