Just moved into my Good Hill Homes flat in Sector 121 last month, and bhai, the hidden charges are insane. Everyone talks about the price per sqft, but nobody mentions the insane PLC, IFMS, and then the maintenance deposit. My 2BHK that was '₹80 lakh' ended up costing me almost ₹95 lakh after everything. It's a joke, honestly. Builders really downplay these until the last minute.

Yaar, totally agree! Ye hidden charges toh standard ho gaye hain. Mera bhi 2BHK 70 lakh ka tha, 85 tak pahunch gaya. Builder ne hamesha bola 'all-inclusive' but it never is.
Exactly! Builders will show you a low base price to hook you. Then slowly, one by one, they'll add the floor rise, car parking, club membership, electricity meter charges. It's like a death by a thousand cuts for your budget. We
