Is the construction quality for ATS or Gaurs worth the upgrade?

What's the real story with construction quality for ATS or Gaurs in Raj Nagar Extension? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vaishali and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa, around ₹90L-₹1.1Cr. Heard about finishing issues and plaster cracks after possession with some builders. Does this happen with ATS or Gaurs in Ghaziabad projects? Also, how's their customer support post-booking? Do they actually pick up the phone or go silent? Is the price jump for these bigger units justified given the real-world quality and amenities delivered? Already have a home loan. Need honest experiences.
