Is the current Hyderabad price rise sustainable?

Is this crazy price rise in Hyderabad sustainable for 2026? I'm in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, looking for a 3BHK or villa in Medchal, but prices seem super inflated. Builders quote one rate, but all-in price with PLC and everything is another story. Lagta hai correction aayega, ya aise hi badhte rahenge? Has anyone else felt this?
