Is the 'early bird discount' actually a discount?
₹1.8 Cr for my 3BHK in Sector 65, possession was in March. Everyone glorifies pre-launch offers, saying you get the best deal, but honestly, I'm not so sure anymore. I bought into an M3M project almost three years ago, thinking I was getting a steal. Now that I'm actually living here, the 'early bird discount' feels like a total joke. They hiked up PLCs and other charges like crazy during construction. Plus, the Dwarka Expressway completion is pushing prices everywhere, not just for pre-launch buyers. It feels like the real appreciation is happening now, for people buying ready-to-move. We just locked our capital for years for what? A slight discount that got eaten by hidden costs. Did anyone else feel this way? Or am I missing something huge? Change my mind.
