Is the Ghaziabad property price surge sustainable?
Is the current property price surge in Ghaziabad actually sustainable, ya it's just speculative? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, bought for around ₹70L a few years back, and now thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Family badh rahi hai, space issue aa raha hai. I've been looking at areas like Crossings Republik and Raj Nagar Extension, even some projects by ATS and Gaurs. Prices for a 3BHK are easily crossing ₹1.1 Cr, sometimes touching ₹1.3 Cr for good options. Is this growth real demand-driven, considering Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro connectivity? Or is it just a bubble forming? What are your thoughts on which Ghaziabad areas will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Swarna Jayanti Puram mein prices kaise lag rahe hain for future? Any insights on whether this price jump justify ho raha hai for end-users?
