Is the Golf Course Ext Road premium justified for a 3BHK?

Sector 65 — currently in a 2BHK here but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Looking at DLF, M3M, and Godrej projects on Golf Course Extension Road. Is the price jump worth it? I'm worried about construction quality after possession, like seepage or finishing issues. Also, how's their customer support after booking? Any real experiences would help, already have a home loan so want to pick right.

Yaar, Golf Course Ext Road pe 3BHK ka price sunke hi darr lagta hai. DLF, M3M, Godrej sab premium bolte hain, but is it really worth the jump from a 2BHK in Sector 65? Main toh construction quality aur post-possession issues se sabse zyada darta hoon. Koi batao, after-sales service kaisi hai inki? Already home loan chal raha hai, aur risk nahi lena chahta.
