Just moved into Sector 49 last month. Things nobody told me: OC charges are insane! TGB Group quoted almost 3L extra. Negotiation is key, guys. Also, under-construction seemed cheaper, but possession was delayed by 6 months. Now paying both rent and EMI. Major headache. Sector 150 is tempting, but the premium seems crazy. Is it really worth the extra cost compared to other sectors? Anyone have first-hand experience? What's the ROI like? Maybe ready-to-move is better, tbh. What do you think?
