Is the OC delay with ATS actually that bad?

ATS mein OC delay ka kya scene hai, honestly? My wife's priority is a safe place near a good school for the kids, so Sector 150 seemed perfect. But I've heard stories. Should I reconsider and look at Godrej, or is ATS worth the risk for the location? Need at least a 3BHK.

OC delay is bad, period. It's not just about the money, it's about the mental stress and uncertainty. Be prepared for a long wait. I would personally prefer Godrej for peace of mind.

Godrej bhi delay karta hai yaar. No one is perfect. But ATS is definitely riskier.

Did you check the amenities completion? Swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. They promise everything, but deliver nothing.

My suggestion: Visit the site multiple times, talk to existing residents (if possible), and don't rush into a decision. It's a big investment.

What's your budget? That will help narrow down the options. Sector 150 mein 3BHK is not cheap anymore.

Don't forget to factor in the registry charges and other hidden costs. They add up quickly! Builder will try to hide it.

Sector 150 is becoming unaffordable yaar. The new metro line is driving up prices like crazy. But schools are excellent, no doubt.

My personal experience: I bought in 2018, promised possession in 2020. Still waiting. Different builder, but same story. Noida mein sab chalta hai. Be prepared for anything.

Before you decide, check the builder-buyer agreement very carefully. What are the penalty clauses for delay? What are your rights? Lawyer se consult karo.

Godrej is definitely safer, but the location in Sector 150 is unbeatable for connectivity. Depends on your risk appetite, I guess. How much are you willing to risk for that location?

RERA website is your best friend. Check the project's progress, the completion dates, and any complaints filed against the builder. Don't trust anything else.

Delay toh hai hi. Mera ek dost ka ATS mein 2 saal se delay chal raha hai. He's pulling his hair out. But he says the build quality is good, once you finally get it. So, pros and cons.

Safe place aur good school is the priority, I agree. Sector 150 is good for that. But ATS... hmm. I'd check RERA records very carefully. Don't just take their word for it. RERA ID batao, I'll check.

Godrej Woods is also an option in Sector 43, but it's probably more expensive. ATS ka location is prime though. Tough choice. Have you visited both sites?
