Budget finalized, loan pre-approved for an upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 35. Looking at 3BHKs in Sectors 80-89. The price difference feels huge. Is that extra cost for a 3BHK really justified for future appreciation and resale in Faridabad? Or does a 2BHK offer better ROI long-term?

Same boat here! I'm also in Sector 35, and looking at 3BHKs in the new sectors, the price difference for that extra room feels like a huge stretch on the budget. Is this premium really justified for future appreciation, or are we just overpaying for space that won't give good returns?
Honestly, for future appreciation, 3BHK is generally better in most cities, Faridabad included. Families need that extra space now.
