Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely confused about these builder claims in Noida. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe near Sector 150. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. I keep hearing about construction quality issues, like plaster cracks or bad finishing, even from builders like Godrej or ATS. Is this really a common thing? Also, how's their customer support after booking? Do they just go silent once you've paid? Is the price jump worth it for a 3BHK in Sector 150 considering these concerns? Any experiences with Mahagun or ACE Group?
