Is the jump from a 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa really justified in Sohna right now? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 36A, and we're seriously thinking of upgrading. The prices for a decent 3BHK or a small villa in areas like Sohna Road or near Golf Course Ext Road seem steep, often touching ₹3 Cr+. I already have a home loan, so this would mean a much higher EMI. I'm trying to figure out if the appreciation potential, especially with Dwarka Expressway nearing completion and DMIC plans, actually makes that premium worth it. Is the luxury segment around projects by say, M3M or DLF, rightly priced, or is it getting a bit ahead of itself? What's the real rental yield difference for a 3BHK versus a 2BHK here? Anyone made this jump recently?

Totally agree, upgrade is the way to go if you can manage the EMI. Sohna has huge potential, especially with infrastructure coming up. Dwarka Expressway ka impact toh dikhega hi.

Bhai, 3 Cr for Sohna? Bohot zyada lag raha hai. I feel it's getting ahead of itself. Appreciation will happen but not at this rate.
