The quoted price for a flat in Hyderabad is a complete lie, honestly. Just moved into my 3BHK in Salarpuria Sattva, Tellapur, possession was last month. The final bill was way higher than I planned. Everyone hears about the base price, right? But then there's PLC, parking, stamp duty, registration, and builder's random 'clubhouse membership' and 'maintenance advance' for 2 years. My ₹1.2 Cr flat easily crossed ₹1.35 Cr after all these additions. This isn't even counting interiors! It's like an endless list of extras that nobody tells you about upfront. Is it just me, ya builders ka naya game hai yeh? How much extra did your total cost come out to? Change my mind.
