Visited a friend's new place in Keya Life By The Lake last weekend. Honestly, their floor plan and usable carpet area felt so much more efficient than my Prestige City flat. I mean, we went with Prestige for the ROI potential and lower entry point, thinking we'd save some bucks. But after seeing Keya Life, I'm thinking, that ready-to-move premium, especially for the immediate quality and no construction hassle, might actually be a smart move. Yaar, the peace of mind alone! Not sure if my investment in Prestige City will truly outperform that immediate livability factor in 5 years. Is that premium for a completed project like Keya Life actually justified for the long run? What are your thoughts?
