Is this common for security in Bangalore societies?

2 months ho gaye Prestige City mein shift hue. Security systems pe ek cheez notice ki. Brochure mein high-tech visitor management tha, but actual mein, guard quality aur vigilance pe zyada depend karta hai. Visitor approvals kaafi manual hain. Is it just me or sab societies mein aisa hi hota hai? Koi useful tips hain kya?

Yeh sunke toh tension ho gayi. Prestige City ka price range toh ₹45 L – ₹1.6 Cr hai. Is price mein bhi agar security compromise ho toh kya fayda? Vaise, possession date kya hai iss project ki?
