Is Tulip Melrose in Mohali actually good to live in?

After years of paying rent in Mohali, I'm finally looking to buy my own place. Tulip Melrose, the upcoming project, is on my radar. Honestly, I'm just fed up of landlords raising rent every year, you know? Has anyone looked into this project in Mohali? I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely good to live in daily, or just looks good on paper. What about the amenities, like are they actually useful or just for show? Also, how's the neighborhood quality around there? Schools for kids, hospitals, markets... is it convenient? Not sure about the commute to main areas either. Any insights would be super helpful. Just trying to avoid a bad decision.
