Is under-construction ROI worth the wait in Noida Extension?

Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion. I'm upgrading to 3BHK. Fairfox Eon ongoing vs UCHDL Edenia ready hai. Fairfox ka potential ROI worth the wait? Ya UCHDL ka premium better hai? Change my mind.

Yaar, I'm also looking for a 3BHK upgrade. Fairfox Eon sounds tempting with the ROI potential, but that 2027 possession date feels so far away. Is under-construction *really* worth the wait and the risk of delays? My parents keep telling me to go for ready-to-move only.

Totally agree, U1! That possession date gives me anxiety. What about Fairfox's RERA status? Is it solid?
