Is under-construction worth the gamble in Chandigarh?
Chandigarh real estate — just moved into Altus Ecoglades a couple of months back. Possession was surprisingly smooth, no major delays like some others faced with builders these days. But now I'm thinking about Raheja Winterwoods. It's still under-construction, right? I've heard mixed things about their timelines, some people waiting for ages. What's the real ground reality there for current buyers? Also, the amenities here in Altus, some are great, like the gym, but others, like the huge multi-purpose hall, feel like they'll barely get used after a year. For Winterwoods, are the promised amenities actually shaping up on site? And what about the investor vs end-user ratio? Don't want to live in a ghost town eventually, that's a big concern for me. Has anyone visited recently?

Wah, Altus Ecoglades mein smooth possession? That's actually great to hear! Aajkal toh har builder ka rona hai delays ka. But for Raheja Winterwoods, I'd be super careful. Under-construction projects are a huge risk, especially with their reputation. I've heard too many stories about timelines getting stretched for years.
