Is Uppal Marble Arch maintenance too high?

Since January I've been eyeing Uppal Marble Arch. Price ₹4.53 Cr–₹5.86 Cr. Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Actual residents ka daily expense experience kaisa hai? Samajh nahi aa raha.

Yaar, ₹4.5 Cr se upar for Uppal Marble Arch? That's a huge budget! Maintenance toh definitely high hoga. Plus, it's a completed project from 2016, so RERA applicable nahi hai, right? Thoda darr lagta hai aise projects mein, especially for first-time buyers like us.
