Possession was in March for my 2BHK in Greater Noida West, not Amrapali Zodiac, but a project by Kaveri Technobuild. Honestly, the RERA compliance part was a huge headache. How do you guys *really* check RERA registration beyond just the number? I mean, are there specific red flags to look for in their filings that most buyers miss? I wish I'd dug deeper into Kaveri's legal track record before investing. Things nobody told me about previous project delays or disputes. Is the UPRERA site truly effective for complaints, or is it mostly on paper? Any first-hand experiences with getting issues resolved there? Just trying to understand if I missed something crucial.

U1, you're not alone. Kaveri Technobuild ka track record waise bhi bahut shaky hai. I remember seeing some news about their project near Ajayabpur a few years
Sahi pakda hai bhai! UPRERA ka toh bas naam hai, kaam toh wahi purana style mein chal raha hai. My cousin had issues with another builder near Alpha II, Greater Noida, and his complaint is just stuck in limbo for months. It feels like they just want to register and then forget about the actual grievance redressal.
