Is V Square Group Housing genuinely livable?

V Square Group Housing — everyone talks about the location, but is it really that great to live in? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to be justified. Honestly, I've heard the layouts aren't the most efficient, and carpet area feels less for a 3BHK. Are people just buying for the address? Is the community vibe genuinely good, or is it isolated? I need a real home, not just a fancy address. Change my mind.
