Sometimes initial projects take time to stabilize. If the builder resolves these quality issues before possession, then the appreciation could still be good, especially if the area develops. Haan, RERA number PBRERA-SAS80-PR1350 toh hai. Aur possession date 2031-02-01 hai. Lekin RERA hone se quality achhi ho jaati hai, yeh zaroori nahi. Builder bas deadlines meet karne ke liye compromise kar dete hain. 7 saal ka wait bohot lamba hai, especially with these concerns.
