Is Vedanth Courtyard just good on paper?
My lease ends in 6 months and I'm seriously considering Vedanth Courtyard for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe place for the children and good schools nearby for admission. Okay, I'll say what no one says: most new projects look great on paper but suck for actual daily life. Vedanth Courtyard has a high price tag, but is it *genuinely* good to live in, or just another shiny brochure? I'm worried about the actual community vibe. Will it feel isolated for kids, or is there a friendly atmosphere? Also, the neighborhood. Are decent markets and hospitals actually close, or is everything a long drive on Sarjapur's traffic? Change my mind.

Bhai, 2031 possession date? Seriously? That's almost 8 years away! For 2-3 Cr, I'd expect something ready or at least 2-3 years out, not a decade. Vedanth Courtyard ka price tag toh high hai, but at this rate, my kids will be in college by the time I get possession. Ye sirf paper pe hi good lag raha hai, practical nahi.
