Is Vipul Orchid Square's water supply actually reliable? Currently in a 2BHK, heard about constant tanker dependency. Is the premium for a 3BHK worth dealing with that daily water headache?

Exactly! I'm also looking at a 3BHK there, the price range of ₹3.5 Cr – ₹11.5 Cr is already so high. Is this tanker issue only for certain blocks or common across Vipul Orchid Square? Really worried about this daily hassle.
Haan, U6 is right. My cousin stayed there briefly for rent and told me about it. Every other day, a tanker would come. Imagine the cost! Plus, sometimes there are delays with the tankers too. Bahut frustration hoti hai.
U2, it's not block specific. Most residents I know face this. It's a general issue in Vipul Orchid Square.
Vipul Orchid Square? Bhai, water ka problem toh hai hi. Tanker dependency seems real. 2BHK ho ya 3BHK, issue will remain.
