Is VKG Palm Village construction quality really this bad?
My possession at VKG Palm Village was in March, and honestly, I'm already seeing issues. Everyone talks about 'premium fittings' but yaar, tiles are already loose, paint is chipping near windows. Basic construction quality mein hi compromise hai. Resale ke time kaun lega aise flat? Maintenance cost bhi upar se. Aur jo clubhouse dikhaya tha brochure mein, woh toh abhi tak half-built hai. Swimming pool ka toh naam hi nahi. Promised amenities versus delivered is a joke. Is this the reality across Greater Noida? Change my mind.

Bhai, you're not alone. My cousin bought in Alpha II, and he faced similar issues. Loose wiring, leaky pipes, builder ne bas cosmetic fix kar diye the. It's like they just want to get rid of the inventory. Did you get a proper inspection done before taking possession?
